"...exciting to the palette"

Saladworx dressings and marinades are an exciting blend of Scottish rape seed and citrus oils that are exciting to the palette. They are great to have to hand as they are so versatile as you can be sure of raising whatever dish you add them to. I particularly like the Hebridean Seaweed & Lime and have used it in my baking as it transforms bread dough into something special – see recipe. Great for macerating fish, meats, or seafood. Saladworx have justifiably won awards for their inspired recipe blending and are a great example of assembling fine ingredients without any additives. In brief, exciting flavours that are also good for you.

"Extremely Refreshing"

"With so much of our fruit, vegetables and salad come with such a large carbon footprint it has been extremely refreshing to find saladworx.  A quality business supplying first class leaves, herbs and edible flowers to our door daily thoughout the season which our Chefs and customers are really starting to enjoy."

Quintin Stevens, The STOREHOUSE, Foulis Ferry

"Quite a talking point"

"Many thanks indeed for the excellent salad box.  I am thoroughly enjoying it and indeed took it to show my students the day it arrived and they all had a taste.  They had never had flowers before so it proved quite a talking point."

Wendy Barrie, Scottish Food Guide

"The Most Delicious Salad I Have Ever Eaten"

"On a recent visit to Scotland we enjoyed a three day holiday in your bed and breakfast.  You gave us the most delicious salad that I have ever eaten.  The mixture was as beautiful to the eye as it was appealing to the palate.  I only wish there was some way we could have your salad here!"
